Pair 1940’s Tables

Perfectly pretty pair of 1940’s tables complete with flowing oval shape and incredible hand painted floral top. A bouquet of flowers in corals, pinks, yellows, greens and blues are placed on an antiqued, warm toned crackle finish. Hand cut, intricate, open work design stands 2.5” at its’ highest point, surrounding the top. A charming .5” metal, lattice  gallery enhances the lower oval. Antique Red Silk Pillow

Made from antique, Chinese silk, this pillow has extraordinary designs and colors! The background of brilliant, Chinese, tangerine red is enhanced by three large iris flowers, graceful leaves, berries and buds each rendered in a shimmering antiqued tan and soft pink thread then sprinkled with small stars. The trim is very unique with a satiny embroidered, scalloped edged band with other motifs in chocolate brown and tan finished off with silk, aqua fringe. Paprika cotton and linen backing. Victorian Rose Embroidery

This rarely found Victorian rose embroidery piece is just waiting to be made into a wonderfully romantic pillow! Three beautifully rendered large roses and rosebuds in gorgeous tones of hot pink and fuchsia surround the charming sentiment, “When the sweet scent of summer fills the air…”.
